What CarCloser is
CarCloser is a practice tool. You role-play dealership objections with an AI customer and receive a scored report card with coaching feedback. It is not a recording of, or a participant in, real customer conversations, and it does not connect to your dealership’s CRM or DMS.
Your account
You need a free account to drill. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using them. You must be at least 16 to use CarCloser. One person per account.
Free Quick Drills and the Founding Dealership Beta
Quick Drills are free and unlimited for individual reps. The dealership (manager) features are currently offered free to a limited number of founding dealerships during a beta. We expect to introduce dealership pricing later; founding stores will be told before anything changes, and individual Quick Drills are intended to remain free.
Scores and coaching are guidance, not guarantees
Report-card grades, tiers and scores describe one practice attempt as judged by an automated evaluator. They are not an objective measure of your ability, a prediction of your sales results, or an employment assessment. Dealerships using CarCloser agree not to treat drill scores as the sole basis for hiring, pay or discipline decisions.
Acceptable use
Don’t enter real customers’ personal information into a drill, don’t try to break, scrape or overload the service, don’t attempt to access another rep’s or another dealership’s data, and don’t use the AI customer to generate abusive or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Sharing
Report cards and Floor Challenge links you share are your choice to share. Shared content shows grade, score, objection and difficulty only. You are responsible for where you post it.
Availability and changes
CarCloser is provided as-is and may change, pause or be discontinued. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CarCloser and EvoWorks are not liable for lost sales, lost income or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
